To receive your $50 USD rebate, please complete the following 5 steps:

1. Purchase an Approach G6, Approach S3 Grey/Black or Approach S3 White/Red unit from 04/28/13 through 07/06/13. The product must be purchased in factory-new condition. The receipt must be legible.
2. Read and complete this rebate coupon. If you seek more than one rebate, please complete a separate rebate coupon for each.
3. Enclose a legible copy of your valid receipt or invoice. The receipt documentation must show the purchase date, the item purchased, and the name of your Garmin authorized dealer. PayPal™ receipts not accepted.
4. Provide your Appraoch G6, Approach S3 Gray/Black, or Approach S3 White/Red serial number in the squares shown on the rebate coupon. The nine digit alphanumeric serial number for the Approach G6 is located on a white sticker inside the battery compartment of the unit. The nine digit numerical serial number for the Approach S3 is located on the back of the watch. The serial number can also be found on a small black and white sticker on the product box. The product serial number does not contain hyhens (-).
