We apologize for the confusion. The "model #" is actually just the numbers on the balls. Rather than having sleeves numbered 1-4, these particular Pro V 1 dozen packs have unusual, two-digit numbers, such as 00, 10, 77, etc. We hope this clarifies things for you. With the Titleist Pro V1 Golf Balls there really is no difference in the balls performance between the two separate choices. The only difference that exists is the balls having different numbers on them. Since you are supposed to put an identifying mark on your golf balls, manufacturers have started to add numbers to the balls to make it easier on the golfers so you and your golf buddies wouldn't all end up having the same Titleist balls with the same numbers on them. Each sleeve of balls you receive when you buy a dozen is numbered different, this is called the standard numbers. The 1st sleeve has 1's on it, the 2nd sleeve has 2's on it, etc. The high number balls start at 5 and go through 8. The 1st sleeve has 5's on all the balls, the 2nd sleeve has 6's on the balls, etc. Standard numbers and high numbers simply have no difference in the performance of the golf ball, just the number that is printed onto the ball, which is done by the manufacturer.
