The new RocketBladez Max Irons from TaylorMade are the ultimate irons for both distance and playability, offering every game-improvement technology in the company’s considerable design arsenal. The RBladez Max irons feature a brand new Speed Pocket that promotes faster ball speeds and higher launch angle to deliver more carry and more distance across more surface area of the club face.
The 4 through 7 irons are engineered with hollow club heads. This allows TaylorMade to construct a separate club face made of ultra-strong and super-thin 455 stainless steel that generates amazingly fast ball speeds. The hollow heads further allow engineers to precisely place the center of gravity (CG) low and deep in the club for high launch. Advanced perimeter weighting offers high MOI and exceptional forgiveness. Add to this the improved Inverted Cone milled in the back of the face and you have an incredibly hot iron with an expanded sweet spot.
The 8 through AW are wide-soled, oversized cavity backs that incorporate the Speed Pocket for distance and accuracy. The whole set is engineered to eliminate distance gaps between irons and jumpers that go the added ten yards or so. You’ll know which club to pull, and you’ll know you can count on your distances, even on mis-hits.
