will this seat work on a tommy armour push cart?

There is a separate V2 Cart Seat offered for the Sun Mountain Speed V2 Cart. However, to answer your question, yes this V1 Seat comes with a bracket to be installed and will also work on the V2 Cart by using the existing bracket. Hope this helps!
