Well, the smaller Ricky Fowler Monoline Cap may actually fit your 12-year-old boy. Puma's small-medium (S-M) is for fitted hat sizes 6 7/8 - 7 1/4 and the large-x-large (L-XL) is for 7 1/4 - 7 5/8. Puma instructs the best way to care for your Fitted Monoline Cap is to machine wash gentle cycle in cool water using mild detergent. Then line or air dry. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry or iron. Finally, please do not dry clean. In general, when washing Puma clothing (and hats too) you can turn it inside out to protect the printed graphics and embroidery from damage.
