Product Review: Bought the bag to match the clubs that I bought. Overall the bag is nice, minus a few details. The Nike Service department is poor and doesn't provide average retail purchaser's any help. When I recieved the bag the rain hood was defective and inproperly sewn. DGW directed me to Nike for faster service, but that was a joke. Nike does not even carry extra rain hoods for their bags and said that since the bag was not purchase directly from them, that the bag would have to be sent in for a two week examination for defects (the whole bag at my expense).
