The Penguin Water & Stain Repellent spray contains a heavy duty resin based spray. It will not discolor any footwear or apparel. It also allows leathers and fabrics to breathe after it has been applied. Penguins products work better and lasts longer than any of the other products on the market today.

*Make sure surface is clean of all dust and dirt before use. Shake can well before applying. Hold can upright at 7" to 8" away from surface and apply in thin, even layers. Do not saturate. Allow 30 minutes to dry and then apply a second coat.
