Precept will say only that the Lady iQ Plus is the softest lady's ball in the US market. You will find that most manufacturers no longer talk about compression, because the goal for every ball is to make a softer core/cover combination that will maximize feel and distance. Titleist, for instance, actually reduced the compression of the Pro V1 this year while at the same time increasing its distance. Companies now have figured out ways to make soft core/mantle/cover combinations that make the compression number irrelevant to the consumer.
