GORE-TEX Performance Shell

SunIce's GORE-TEX is ligher, faster and quieter than the competition.  The GORE-TEX membrane has over 9 billion pores per square inch that are 20,000 times smaller than water droplets but 700 times larger than water vapor molecules. This blocks water from the outside while allowing perspiration to escape from the inside. The membrane is laminated between various fabrics in 2- or 3-layer configurations to achieve the desired final fabric.
