Cobra AMP Cell Hybrid

The design engineers at Cobra Golf did their research. They discovered that most golfers play with the wrong lofts and have inappropriate distance gaps. Based on these findings, Cobra set out to create a way that every golfer could customize lofts and readily adapt to course conditions, trajectory needs and preferences. One result of this undertaking is the new AMP CELL Hybrid line that offers custom adjustability differing from anything else in the market.

The AMP CELL Hybrids offer MyFly™ Technology that delivers a 10° spread among three clubs. The 2/3 hybrid adjusts between 16°, 17°, 17° Draw, 18°, 18° Draw and 19°; the 3/4 hybrid model adjusts between 19°, 20°, 20° Draw, 21°, 21° Draw and 22°; and, the 4/5 hybrid adjusts between 22°, 23°, 23° Draw, 24°, 24° Draw and 25°. Adjustments are accomplished quickly and easily through the simple use of the included torque wrench.

The adjustability features of these hybrids are unique among hybrids in that Cobra’s proprietary SmartPad™ Technology keeps a square face at address regardless of loft setting, yet allows for workability to slightly open or close the face, as preferred by the player. The sole plate does not have to undergo separate adjustment due to a sole design that maintains constant points of contact with the turf, regardless of loft setting. This revolutionary design makes adjustment easy, quick and more likely to be used.
