Is the Cleveland 6.0 belly putter face-balanced to favor a straight-back-straight-through putting stroke?

Cleveland does not measure the offset in degrees. The offset is 3/4" in the 1.0 model. The other models shown when you click on the thumbnails above reflect different hosel and head designs.
