Product Review: The unit attaches to the pull cart handle with a clamp and a set screw to keep the clamp from twisting under load. The umbrella holder has thumb screws that adjust in two axis and and thumb screw to clamp the umbrella in the holder base. The holder base is large enough to accpet most umbrellas.
